Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey began at 14 years old. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Ladd was able to take down three opponents within a row in Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were finished within the first five minutes. Then, she went to WCFC again and beat Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen has already beaten Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking the fight to Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen in the fight, beating her with a unanimous decision. Cynthia's amateur records were marred. Ladd recovered from this loss to beat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight one. Aspen was signed to Invicta FC in 2015 to make her debut in professional boxing. Invicta 11, she was able to slay Ana Carolina Vidal to score TKO victory in the opening round. Invicta Fc16 was Aspen's debut fight as a bantamweight. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen utilized her superior wrestling skills to defeat McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen then went on to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not capable of achieving the weight however, Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks prevailed by a majority vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She fought Linalansberg at UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina and pounded her with a ground-and-pound for a second-round TKO victory. Her dominance continued and she got a bigger win during her next fight against Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd defeated Evinger with a punch during the initial round, and was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes, in a UFC Fight Night dos Anjos-Lee fight with Eubanks of Sijara, was the first match she's had in a major way. Both fighters fought one of the most competitive fights that Ladd won by unanimous decision. The two fighters each received the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd in 16-seconds to break her winning streak. Yana Knitskaya, in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's final round, lost to Randamie. She fought Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. The decision was made unanimously against her.
